purpose of searching the Volunteer blood donors in the vicinity of nearby area for my
personal or my relatives or my near and dear for official purpose and I am not involved in
any kind of trade of blood and blood components. For any act contrary to instructions
contained in National Blood Policy and operational Guidelines of Voluntary Blood Donation
Programme issued by National AIDS Control Organization, Ministry of Health and Welfare,
Government of India, I will personally be responsible. I swear in name of almighty that I
will not misuse this portal for any kind of illegal activity and will do noble cause by
contributing social service to community. I will owe the responsibility for any kind of
breach of trust and illegality. I will use this data for social welfare and for noble cause.
